~Cat-in-the-Hat Conversations~

This is a bit of a cheat post b/c it was written not spoken but it's so worth it! ;)

2nd Grade Writing Prompt in Celebration of Dr. Seuss' Birthday:

If the Cat in the Hat came to my house...

Eamon:  "I'd dress him up in a clown suit and throw a cake, pie at his face.  Then I'd do the same thing whith thing 1 and 2.  And then my dogs whold chase him.  I'd churn the water to very hot when he takes a shower.  Then I'd have popcorn."


So, I always knew my kids would be slightly warped but I didn't think it would be so obvious so soon! ;)  I hope this doesn't earn me a call from the school psychologist b/c I can't help but agree w/ him - I've always hated the Cat in the Hat books!  ;)
